First, browse our selection of coin packages on the main shop page. Each card shows the number of coins and the price in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). When you've decided on a package, click the blue "Buy Now" button.
After clicking "Buy Now", a payment window will pop up. Here, you'll need to provide two pieces of information: your Poppo User ID and your M-Pesa Phone Number (e.g., 0712345678). Please double-check your Poppo ID to make sure the coins are sent to the right account! Once you've filled in the details, click the green "Pay Now" button.
Check your phone. Within a few seconds, you will receive an official M-Pesa payment prompt on your screen. To complete the purchase, simply enter your M-Pesa PIN and press "OK". This is a secure prompt sent directly from Safaricom. While you do this, our website will show a "Confirming Payment..." screen.
Please check that you entered the correct Safaricom number. Also, ensure your phone has a stable network connection. If it still doesn't work, you can try the process again.
I paid, but the website showed 'Payment Failed'.This can happen if there's a slight delay in the confirmation from Safaricom. Don't worry, your money is safe. Please contact our support team with your M-Pesa confirmation message, and we will verify your order manually.
How long does it take to get my coins?We process orders very quickly, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you haven't received your coins within 15 minutes, please contact us for an update.
I accidentally entered the wrong Poppo ID.Please contact our support team immediately. If the coins have not yet been sent, we can correct the ID. Unfortunately, transactions sent to a wrong ID are irreversible once completed.
